SANTO DOMINGO, R.D. 20 de noviembre, 2023.– El Ministerio de Administración Pública (MAP) emitió la circular núm. 019077, a los fines de implementar el teletrabajo para los servidores públicos que residan en el Gran Santo Domingo, y que se encuentren a una distancia considerable de su lugar de trabajo, “siempre y cuando dicha modalidad no comprometa su funcionalidad cotidiana, ni afecte la calidad de los servicios prestados”.
El documento, firmado por el titular del MAP, Darío Castillo Lugo, indica que la medida tiene la finalidad de contribuir a la fluidez del tránsito, debido al cierre del paso a desnivel de la avenida 27 de Febrero con avenida Máximo Gómez, de la Capital, y minimizar posibles inconvenientes logísticos, tras los daños ocasionados por las intensas lluvias del pasado sábado, en el territorio nacional. En ese sentido, el MAP, en sus atribuciones de órgano rector del empleo público y del fortalecimiento institucional, y en concordancia con las disposiciones de la Resolución núm. 130-2020, que determina los lineamientos sobre teletrabajo para los entes y órganos de la Administración Pública, instruye a las oficinas de Recursos Humanos a implementar la modalidad de teletrabajo “garantizando así la continuidad, eficacia y eficiencia de los servicios públicos y las labores asignadas”. En la misiva, Castillo Lugo puntualiza que cada supervisor deberá realizar un seguimiento efectivo de las actividades realizadas por cada servidor en teletrabajo. De acuerdo al texto, las medidas indicadas serán aplicadas desde este lunes, hasta el viernes 24 de noviembre, y pasado este plazo, se evaluarán las posibilidades de extender la vigencia, de ser necesario.
